We absolutely understand if there is a need to exchange garments due to an issue with sizing. We do not offer refunds, but a product can be exchanged for a different size in the same style. We do not offer exchanges/ returns for masks and hair accessories. As we are a sustainable brand, we only make a garment when the order has been placed
In order to exchange a product, notify us via mail at email@example.com or direct message us on Instagram @elfinhouse.in notifying us of what garments you would like exchanged within 7 days of receiving the garments. Once we have been notified, please ship across the garments within 7 days from the day of notifying us and share tracking details as well. Garments for exchange must meet the following standards:
- with the original packaging and tags intact
- free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Due to the Pandemic, we can't provide home collection. We will require you to send the package to the following address:

No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order.
**Once 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we will not accept any requests for return/exchanges.
Please allow up to a week for your exchange garment to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 7-9 business days for your exchanged garment to reach you.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be exchange-eligible.
** As all garments are put together on a made to order basis, we DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds for adult garments. Please refer to our size chart carefully or reach out to us for assistance for picking a size.
