1. What is the best way to reach customer service?

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed.

 

3. Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at info@elfinhouse.in

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Elfin House will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

 

5. When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped between 3-5 business days

 

Returns

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

A product can only be exchanged for a different size in the same style. As we are a sustainable brand, we only make a garment when the order has been placed.

 

7. Is there a time limit for exchange?

The exchange product must be returned for exchange within 14 days since the product has been delivered, it must meet the following standards:

● unworn

● unwashed

● with original packaging intact

● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
